Sourced from some of the world's finest maltsters, these 300kg of premium-quality grains are now safely stored in the taproom. This achievement feels monumental, especially considering that just a month ago, the search for high-quality malts in Cambodia seemed like an impossible task.
However, not everything has gone according to plan. A recent setback involving a supplier who failed to honor an agreement has delayed the shipment of essential brewing equipment. While this has caused frustration and anxiety, it’s a moment to pause and reflect on an important lesson: solutions often appear when we shift our focus from the problem to the possibilities.
