Description

Both Belgian farmhouse yeast and world-famous Kampot pepper are notoriously difficult ingredients to master. We see them as rascals—wild, mischievous, and always playing tricks on the brewer. Our art lies in taming these two characters. We don’t crush their spirit; we guide it, softening their sharp edges and harmonizing their bold flavors into something exceptional. The result is Vaurien Puni—literally, the "Punished Rascal." It is our first Saison, a beer where the style's innate, refreshing tartness is beautifully deepened by the complex, aromatic notes of pepper. A beer that is both spicy and crisp, wild at heart but perfectly disciplined in the glass.
