Invited to a wedding but with his barley stores running low, he decides to blend tradition with the earth's bounty to craft an unexpected gift. Out of Place is a rustic Farmhouse Ale that bridges two worlds. The classic phenolic profile of the yeast is elevated by the balsamic notes of cardamom, supported by a subtle hopping. The Jicama adds an earthy depth and a rugged mouthfeel that grounds the beer’s bright effervescence.
