We’re thrilled to introduce our new annual project: Brew Together for Siem Reap. This initiative is all about collaboration, creativity, and giving back. Here’s how it works:

Every year, we’ll select a few NGOs, associations, or meaningful causes that align with our values. Together with our loyal customers and anyone interested in joining the event, we’ll democratically choose the cause that resonates most with the community. Once the cause is selected, the real fun begins!

We’ll gather as a group to design a special beer from scratch. You’ll have a say in everything—from the beer’s color and aroma to the special ingredients that make it unique. Want a citrusy IPA with a hint of local spices? Or maybe a rich, malty stout with a touch of chocolate? The choice is yours!

But we’re not stopping at the recipe. With the help of some artistically gifted friends, we’ll also design custom labels for the beer. This will be a chance to get creative and craft a visual identity that reflects the spirit of the cause we’re supporting.

Once the beer is ready, we’ll sell it at a slightly higher price than our regular brews. The difference, along with double the amount from our own pocket and any additional fixed donations, will go directly to the chosen cause. It’s our way of using beer as a force for good.
